Start time has been changed to 8:30 AM! (Saturday only). First will be D Mens singles then everything else will follow. Everything else is unaffected.
I recommend that if you're taking bart, you take the 7:12 train to Richmond. Also due to problems with that particular train, there might be some delays. Pass this around to everyone else!
Draws are posted!

minimum day = happy. :D
i love minimum days. even though i didnt do anything but watch 24 and play badminton, today was good nevertheless =)
citybeach was good. im starting to like the new routine of drills. good stuff. gotta love the lunges and frog leaps, lol.
so today, i did:
- full body stretch
- 2:45 core (i was practically dying by 1:30, wow)
- quick rope! 270 in 2min. it'll improve over time. gonna do this everyday. im gonna try to get that up to 500, but thats gonna be hard.
- a bit of swinging. just gotta remember wrist, wrist, and more wrist.
- wrist curls.
are ankle weights good or bad? like 2.5-lb ones, not too heavy. if they help with quickness, tell me =)
